Description

Health Shared Services is seeking to engage a specialty mechanical contractor to provide investigation services and small-scale repair for the 26.2064.0058 RGH Highwood Slab on Grade Pipe Repairs project. Plumbing pipes serving the two washrooms in the RGH emergency department have been problematic for a couple of years due to detached points in the piping system. The contractor shall perform necessary investigation to determine the root cause and support the development and implementation of corrective actions. The project is open for bids with a submission deadline of September 18, 2026, at 2:00 PM MDT. Required documents include pricing workbook, declarations, statements of disclosure, COR/SECOR, list of addenda, and proof of workers compensation coverage.
