Description

The City of Rancho Cordova, City Manager's Office Department is soliciting proposals from architectural firms or consultant teams to provide architectural, engineering, programming, specialty design, cost estimating, and related professional services for schematic design of a new community and cultural center campus. The project involves adaptive reuse of an existing two-building office campus to create a community destination supporting arts, culture, education, technology, nonprofit collaboration, and other public-serving uses. The selected consultant will work with city staff, stakeholders, and partners to validate the program and develop a coordinated, feasible, and cost-informed schematic design.
