The City of Evanston’s Public Works Agency is seeking information from experienced firms on how to best structure waste services at Multi-Family properties. There will be a Non-Mandatory Informational Session on September 1, 2026, to discuss the proposed work and answer questions. Responses to this Request for Proposals will be accepted electronically until 2:00 P.M. local time on September 29, 2026. The solicitation encourages firms intending to submit proposals to attend the informational session.
