Description

The County of Marin Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Homeless and Coordinated Care, in collaboration with the Marin County Continuum of Care (CoC) and system partners, is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to lead a strategic refresh of the division's strategic plan. The Strategic Plan guides how the County and its community partners address and manage homelessness. The consultant's primary role is to design and facilitate a short term series of working sessions with system partners and people with lived experience, capture decisions and areas of agreement, consolidate feedback between sessions, and iteratively build a final Strategic Refresh Report and Implementation Roadmap for County and CoC approval.
