Description

The Town of Wilkesboro is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the restoration of approximately 3,840 linear feet (0.73 miles) of Cub Creek, completing the northeast reach to its confluence with the Yadkin River. Kerr Scott Dam and Reservoir, an area prone to recurrent flooding affecting the Town's Cub Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant and adjacent lands. The project is federally funded through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and administered by the NC DEQ Division of Water Infrastructure.
