Description

Maine State Housing Authority (MaineHousing) is requesting proposals from experienced, qualified, and professional companies to provide and assist with the implementation of a comprehensive, modern, and secure Energy Assistance & Weatherization software solution. The software must include functionality for client intake, energy audits, work orders, inspections, contractor invoicing, payments from multiple funding sources, budgeting, billing, and report generation. The software audit tool must be approved by the U.S. Department of Energy for use in Maine and comply with applicable laws and regulations, including DOE's WAP regulation at 10 CFR Part 440. The solution should manage both HEAP and WAP programs and potentially other programs administered by MaineHousing.
