The City of Norwich, Connecticut is soliciting sealed bids from qualified, licensed, and properly insured electrical contractors to provide on-call electrical services at City-owned, City-operated, and other facilities under the City's jurisdiction. The contract includes labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, vehicles, transportation, permits, testing, disposal, and incidental services necessary for electrical repairs, maintenance, emergency response, replacement, installation, inspection, testing, and related work.
