Riverside Community College District (RCCD) invites qualified consultants to submit their Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide Construction Management Services for approved projects at Moreno Valley College, Norco College, Riverside City College, the Ben Clark Training Center, and future sites including the Corona Education Center and the Inland Empire Technical Trade Center. These services support several new Capital Improvement Projects funded by the recently passed Measure CC Bond. The District will establish a pool of pre-qualified consulting firms to issue Requests for Proposals for individual projects as needed. Firms must submit their SOQs electronically via the District's PlanetBids portal by October 15, 2026, and acknowledge all addenda prior to submission.
