Description

The City of Victoria is seeking expressions of interest from qualified artists, organizations, businesses, community groups, and event producers interested in delivering free and/or low-cost public evening events throughout Victoria. The City intends to establish a pre-qualified vendor list to deliver a range of activities that take place in the evenings, after 5:00 p.m., from November 1, 2026, to February 18, 2027. Activities may include arts and culture programming, music, markets, community events, workshops, performances, food-related activities, and other initiatives that increase vibrancy, encourage visitation, and support Victoria’s evening economy. Proponents should demonstrate clear community benefit and contribute to creating welcoming, active, and connected neighborhoods and commercial areas. The City may engage one or more qualified vendors from the established list as opportunities and funding become available during the term.
