Description

This solicitation is for the remodel of the existing restrooms at the Corporate Yard located at 1600 East Commercial Row. The scope includes demolition of plumbing fixtures, walls, floors, and appurtenances within the existing restroom, locker room, and an office space; removal and replacement of lockers; and remodeling of the restrooms with new walls, suspended ceilings, plumbing fixtures and piping, HVAC ducts and appurtenances, and electrical wiring, lighting, and appurtenances. The project requires a Contractor License and City of Reno Business License. The contract duration is 60 working days with an estimated value between $375,000 and $400,000.
