Description

The Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development (DCRA) seeks a qualified Implementation Contractor to provide program management, staff augmentation, grant compliance, environmental review, project implementation, communications, and administrative support services under its CDBG-DR allocation. The contractor will design and implement a homeowner recovery program within HUD-designated Most Impacted and Distressed areas including the Bering Strait, Lower Yukon, Kashunamiut, Lower Kuskokwim REAAs, and the Pribilof Islands REAA. Services include applicant intake, case management, construction program delivery, inspections, scopes of work, rehabilitation or reconstruction oversight, and related construction services. The contract budget is $1,200,000 and work is to be completed by December 31, 2029.
