Description
The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) of Alaska is proposing to relinquish the State's entitlement land selection of the surface estate on approximately 320 acres in Township 27 South, Range 56 East, sections 24 and 25. The State will retain oil, gas, and mineral interests on these lands, which are currently under Federal management and ownership. The purpose of this relinquishment is to facilitate conveyance of Dingell Act allotment applications for eligible Alaska Native Vietnam Veterans. Public comments are invited until 3:00 PM on October 27, 2026.
