The County of San Mateo, through its Human Services Agency Center on Homelessness, is seeking qualified organizations to implement the Right at Home Targeted Homelessness Prevention Program. This initiative provides flexible financial assistance, housing-focused case management, and housing-related legal services to households at the highest risk of entering homelessness. The program aims to serve approximately 750 households over three years through a collaborative network of contracted partners and includes participation in a Randomized Controlled Trial led by the University of Notre Dame. Contracts are expected to begin in January 2027 with total funding of approximately $9 million over three years.
