Description

The Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks is seeking competitive bid proposals from qualified concessionaires to operate and maintain the marina concession at Glen Elder State Park on Waconda Reservoir. The successful bidder will provide marina facilities, goods, and recreation services to the public and will pay the State compensation for the concession privilege. The contract period is from the date of award through December 31, 2031, with an option to renew for one additional five-year period. Bidders must be officially invited to participate and submit proposals by October 27, 2026, 2:00 PM CST.
