Description

Loudoun County Sanitation Authority (DBA Loudoun Water), the Owner, invites qualified contractors to submit sealed bids for the project titled 2026-068-BRW.00049 BRWRF Phase lll - Package ll. The procurement process and contract performance will be governed by the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA). There are two opportunities to attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Mandatory Site Visit, with the Pre-Bid Conference available in person or virtually, but the Site Visit must be attended in person. Bidders must attend at least one Pre-Bid Conference and one Site Visit to be eligible to submit a bid. A Virtual Public Bid Opening is scheduled for January 14, 2027, at 2:00 pm via Microsoft Teams, and bids must be submitted through the IonWave online procurement system by the specified deadline; late bids will not be accepted.
