The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that countervailable subsidies were not provided to SeAH Steel Corporation, a producer and exporter of oil country tubular goods from the Republic of Korea, for the period January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023. Additionally, the review is rescinded for Hyundai Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. This notice includes final results of the countervailing duty administrative review and instructions for assessment and cash deposits related to the review.
