Description

The Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), is requesting a 3-year extension of the Multistate Financial Institution Data Match (MSFIDM) with Federally Assisted State Transmitted (FAST) Levy. The MSFIDM program facilitates data matching between state and multistate financial institutions to locate obligors' accounts for child support enforcement. The FAST Levy application enables secure and efficient exchange of lien/levy information to freeze and seize financial assets. Burden estimates were reduced by 32.71 percent due to changes in respondent numbers and responses per respondent.
