Description
This action proposes to amend Class E airspace over Pittsfield, ME by modifying the dimensions of the Pittsfield Municipal Airport Class E5 airspace to better contain Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations. It includes updating the geographic coordinates of the airport, removing the decommissioned Burnham Non-Directional Beacon (NDB) from the airspace legal description, and removing the exclusion for adjacent Class E5 airspace.
