Description

The Rock Island County Metropolitan Mass Transit District is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide ADA complementary paratransit services within its defined service area and during established service hours. The contractor will be responsible for delivering safe, reliable, and fully ADA-compliant curb-to-curb transportation services for eligible riders in accordance with MetroLINK policies and applicable regulations. The project also includes dispatching services for MetroLINK's directly operated Specialized Transit Services (STS). The contract will be awarded to the most qualified, responsive, responsible proposer based on evaluation by a committee.
