Description
The County of Loudoun, Virginia is seeking proposals from qualified Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Services firms to provide comprehensive support for the construction of the Route 15 North Widening project from Battlefield Parkway to Montresor Road. The selected consultant will provide full-time on-site inspection, construction administration, materials sampling and testing, documentation management, and related engineering and compliance support. The services ensure that all construction activities conform to approved plans, specifications, Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) standards, and contract requirements.
