Description

The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement announces its intent to enter into a sole source procurement for Sentinel Secure Smart Drop boxes. These drop boxes provide voters with a secure and reliable ballot drop-off option and feature reinforced exterior, full battery power scanner, ADA compliance, image capture of both sides, fire suppression, and a Sentinel Console & Administrator Dashboard. The procurement is conducted under Detroit City Code Sections 17-5-12(g) and 17-5-154, indicating only one source of supply is available. The Elections Department is the requesting department for this procurement.
