Description

This solicitation is for the construction of combined sewer conveyance structures, pipes, site work, and appurtenances including the 11th and Izard Active Control (IZAC) flow diversion structure, twin 60-inch diversion sewers, the 11th and Izard Grit and Screening Facility (IZGSF), and other supporting improvements. The project is part of the Northeast Omaha High-Rate Treatment Basin (NEOHRTB) Package 2. The anticipated Notice to Proceed date is December 23, 2026. The project includes a Small & Emerging Small Business (SEB) reserve for ESB and SB Tier 1 & 2 categories for 3.5% of the total bid.
