Services include participant enrollment, equipment installation and removal, alcohol monitoring, secure electronic reporting, violation and tampering notifications, equipment support, and access to monitoring records. The contract term is twelve months with an option to renew for one additional twelve-month period. Pricing must remain firm for the entire contract.
