The County of Westchester, through its District Attorney's Office, is seeking price quotations for messenger services for a one-year contract from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027. The services include delivery of mail from the District Attorney's Office in White Plains to seven other District Attorney offices throughout Westchester County, as well as mail pickup from the United States Post Office in White Plains.
