The City of Springfield is seeking proposals from qualified firms/providers to provide Temporary Personnel Services for various Departments/Divisions of the City. The service provider must supply all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, taxes, insurance, fuel, permits, and other necessary items to complete the work. Temporary employees are limited to working 28 hours or less per week unless approved in writing by the Director of Human Resources or designee. The contract will be a one-year term with an option to renew for four additional one-year terms.
