Description

The Secretary of State (SOS) seeks to retain a systems integration contractor to design, develop, implement, and maintain a cloud-based solution for the Notary Automation Project 2.0 (NAP 2.0). This project will replace California's current Legacy NAP System, which is approximately 30 years old and uses a Power Builder application with an Oracle database. The new NAP 2.0 Solution will be planned, developed, tested, and deployed in phases to modernize and improve the notary automation system.
