Description

This Invitation for Bid (IFB) solicits contractors to provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees necessary to repair, reprogram, integrate, test, and monitor the Fire Alarm Control Panels, emergency lighting, and suppression systems in Buildings 19 and 56 at the Joint Forces Training Base. The scope includes device replacement, NFPA-compliant maintenance, cellular monitoring setup, documentation, and training. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid job walk and possess a type C-16 Fire Protection Contractor license. All work must comply with the terms and conditions of the IFB.
