The St. Louis Public Schools (SLPS) is soliciting qualifications from experienced firms to provide dedicated Owner's Representative services in support of a potential bond program associated with the April 2027 election. The selected firm will support pre-bond planning activities and, if the bond is approved, post-election implementation, oversight, coordination, reporting and closeout support. The Owner's Representative will serve as an advisor, coordinator and project-controls resource for SLPS but will not provide design or construction services.
