Lee County Board of County Commissioners is seeking a qualified contractor to reconstruct and improve the existing beach access facility at 505 5th Street West, Boca Grande, Florida. The project includes demolition of existing facilities, construction of a new accessible beach access system, reconstruction of adjacent parking and pedestrian areas, installation of a prefabricated aluminum truss ADA ramp, site grading, drainage improvements, erosion and sediment control, pavement markings, signage, restoration, and all other necessary work to provide a complete and operational facility.
