Description
The County of Mohave is seeking proposals from qualified and licensed respondents for Title and Escrow Services to serve on an if-needed and as-required basis throughout the county. Services will be required by various departments including Public Works, Community Services, Flood Control District, and Treasurer's Office. The contract is non-exclusive with no guaranteed amount of work. The scope includes title searches, commitments, reports, account servicing for NSP3 properties, and compliance with relevant laws. Proposals are due by October 14, 2026, with a pre-proposal conference held via Microsoft Teams on September 24, 2026.
