Description

Loudoun County Sanitation Authority (DBA Loudoun Water) invites qualified contractors to submit sealed bids for the BRWRF Phase III - Package II project. The procurement process is governed by the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA). There are two opportunities to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit, with the pre-bid conference available both in person and virtually, but the site visit must be attended in person. Bidders must attend at least one pre-bid conference and site visit to be eligible. Bids must be submitted via IonWave by the deadline of January 14, 2027, at 2:00 PM ET, and late bids will not be accepted.
