Description

This solicitation is for a sole source contract to perform a complete program evaluation of the State Opioid Response (SOR) programs and facilitate all opioid-related meetings through September 29, 2027. The contractor will conduct evaluations for effectiveness and efficiency, assist with implementing the State Opioid Action Plan (SOAP), and manage critical boards addressing the overdose crisis, including the State Opioid Crisis Response Advisory Council and the Illinois Opioid Remediation Advisory Board. Tasks include developing evaluation plans, convening meetings, preparing reports, and collaborating with state agencies to monitor and improve SOAP implementation.
