The State of Iowa is seeking a qualified and experienced employee benefits consultant to provide strategic, actuarial, and operational support for the State's employee benefits programs. The selected contractor will assist in evaluating and optimizing benefit plan design and funding strategies, supporting procurement activities for benefit-related services, providing actuarial analysis and financial forecasting, assisting with collective bargaining preparation and analysis, and monitoring vendor performance and market trends.
