The contract term is from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2029, with renewal options. Packaging requires 3 dozen per box, each dozen polybagged, with boxes labeled with description, size, quantity, item code, and PO number. Shipments must be palletized on 48" x 40" four-way hardwood GMA reusable pallets, secured to prevent movement, with tailgate delivery and forklift available. Estimated annual quantities are 6,000 dozen flat bedsheets and 4,000 dozen pillowcases, with minimum orders of 1,000 dozen flat bedsheets and 500 dozen pillowcases.
