The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), under the Department of the Navy, is seeking remote digital fingerprinting services for personnel across the continental United States. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy - Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) - Office: NAVAL AIR WARFARE CENTER AIR DIV - Services Requested: - Remote digital fingerprinting for up to 780 personnel annually - Electronic fingerprint capture and submission via Secure Web Fingerprint Transaction (SWFT/SWFT+) system - Support for multiple Submitting Office Numbers (SONs) - Web-based appointment scheduling system - Minimum 95% fingerprint acceptance rate required - Monthly invoicing with detailed reporting - Contract Structure: - Firm-fixed price contract - Base year plus four one-year option periods - 780 fingerprint submissions per year - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; the procurement focuses on service delivery and system compatibility - Notable Requirements: - Quality assurance for fingerprint submissions - Compatibility with SWFT/SWFT+ applications - Service must be accessible remotely for personnel throughout the continental U.S.

Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) has a requirement to collect and submit electronic fingerprints via the Secure Web Fingerprint Transaction (SWFT) and the Secure Web Fingerprint Transaction Plus (SWFT +) applications ( or their successors), as part of the Department of Defense security clearance investigation process, to the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Trusted Decision (Adjudication) [TD(A)] (or their successors) as a condition of employment, internship or contractual information and materials access. This will be Firm-Fixed Price Procurement and will be issued as a "c-type" contract with a base year and four one-year options.
