This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by the Department of National Defence (DND) to gather industry information on capabilities and approaches for delivering one-way live television news services to multiple locations at 17 Wing, Winnipeg. The solutions sought include delivery of live television programming to up to 35 end-user locations within a Canadian Armed Forces complex, hybrid solutions capable of two-way service in unclassified buildings and one-way service within EMSEC zones at up to 4 locations, and access to local, national, and international news programming. The RFI is not a bid solicitation and will not result in a contract award but is intended to assist DND in developing a potential future procurement strategy.
