The U.S. Army's 413th Contracting Support Brigade is seeking information from vendors for expeditionary catering services to support the Angkor Sentinel 2027 exercise in Cambodia. - Government Buyer: - Department of Defense, Department of the Army - 413th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB) - Managed by MAJ Jared & SSG Mbawuike - Services Requested: - Expeditionary catering for approximately 200 personnel (100 U.S. Army, 100 Royal Cambodian Armed Forces) - Daily meal support: breakfast, lunch, and dinner - Menu requirements: Western, Cambodian, Halal, and vegetarian options - Meals must meet U.S. military nutritional standards - Self-sufficient mobile kitchens, refrigeration, power generation, potable water, and waste management - Quantities & Duration: - 200 meals per day for a hypothetical 15-day exercise - Pricing templates request weekly and monthly rates for infrastructure and operations - Unique Requirements: - Vendors must be able to operate in a field environment in Cambodia - Detailed cost breakdowns required for meals and operational infrastructure - Ability to provide both buffet and bento style meals - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named in the solicitation.
