Description

Contractors are invited to bid on the REBID Northern State Correctional Facility (NSCF) Fire Pump Replacement Project located at 2559 Glen Road in Newport, Vermont. The project scope includes replacement and modification of the existing fire pump system, installation of a new jockey pump, demolition and modification of piping and equipment, reconfiguration of fire protection piping and components, electrical and fire alarm modifications, as well as testing, commissioning, startup, and preparation of submittals and training. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on October 1, 2026. Questions must be submitted in writing by October 7, 2026, and bids are to be submitted electronically by October 14, 2026.
