Description
ACC‑ANAD is seeking solutions to perform depot‑level metal cleaning, surface preparation, and finishing services for a wide range of combat vehicle components. We need a solution that includes:
Modern, efficient, and environmentally compliant methods for chemical cleaning, abrasive media cleaning, and required plating/coating processes (anodizing, chromate conversion, black oxide, electroless nickel, hard chrome, zinc, tin, copper, and phosphate). Clear facility capability details such as tank and oven dimensions, rack configurations, weight limits, and crane clearances, along with a feasible plan to meet the seven‑day turnaround requirement. A complete quality assurance approach capable of performing all required ASTM and MIL‑SPEC tests and ensuring consistent, certifiable results.

Prior to commencement of any activities associated with performance under this CSO AoI, the Government will issue a written directive or contractual document signed by the Contracting Officer with appropriate consideration established.
