Description

This is a non-personnel services requirement. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, transportation, tools, materials, parts, and other items necessary to perform work, execute services, and to successfully complete all deliverables as contained within (see Statement of Work for detailed information).  Please read the RFQ in it's entirety and provide all requested documents by closing date in order for your offer to be considered for award.
