Description
The United States Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Human Resources Division (HRD) has a requirement to support its mission with a Multidimensional Adaptive Personality Scales (MAPS) assessment test. The test shall include a personality assessment and incorporate the latest advances in psychometrics to reliably and efficiently assess personality traits through the use of the multidimensional forced choice (MFC) type. Recent research has shown that MFC item type is most effective in mitigating socially desirable responding in high stakes testing situations. With reduced assessment time, increased test security, and fake resistance experience compared to most traditional personality assessments, tailored assessments can be designed to assess the specific combination of personality traits required for a particular role.
