Description

Northcentral Technical College is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and coordination necessary to complete the plumbing, HVAC, controls, testing, and balancing work associated with the installation of two commercial washers and two natural-gas dryers. The project does not require a general contractor. The successful bidder will be responsible for completing and coordinating all plumbing, HVAC, controls, and testing and balancing work, using qualified subcontractors as necessary. A mandatory site walk-thru is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at NTC's Wausau Campus, CHS building. Bids are due by September 30, 2026, at 7:00 PM.
