Description

New Haven Public Schools is seeking on-call vendors to provide qualified snow plowing equipment and operators for snow and ice removal/control of driveways, parking lots, and walkways at schools, offices, and storage facilities for the 2026-2027 season. The solicitation is divided into separate zones, and contractors may submit proposals for one zone but must include all facilities within that zone. Vendors proposing for multiple zones must demonstrate sufficient equipment and staff. The project term is from October 15, 2026, to April 30, 2027, and contractors must be able to respond 24/7 during snow events.
