The City of Norwich, Connecticut is soliciting sealed bids from qualified, licensed, and properly insured electrical contractors to provide on-call electrical services at City-owned, City-operated, and other facilities under the City's jurisdiction. The contract includes labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, vehicles, transportation, permits, testing, disposal, and incidental services necessary for electrical repairs, maintenance, emergency response, replacement, installation, inspection, testing, and related work. The contract is intended to establish one or more qualified electrical contractors for as-needed, task-order work throughout the contract term. The City does not guarantee any minimum quantity of work or expenditure and reserves the right to award to one or multiple contractors.
