Description

The City of Norwich, Connecticut is soliciting sealed bids from qualified and properly licensed plumbing contractors to provide On-call Plumbing Services at City-owned, City-operated, and other facilities under the jurisdiction of the City of Norwich. The contract includes all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, vehicles, transportation, permits, disposal, testing, and incidental services necessary to perform plumbing repairs, maintenance, emergency response, replacement, installation, and related work as directed by the City. The contract is intended to establish one or more qualified plumbing contractors for use on an as-needed, task-order basis throughout the contract term. The City does not guarantee any minimum quantity of work, expenditure, or number of service calls and reserves the right to award the contract to one or multiple contractors.
