Description

The Town of Sandwich is seeking proposals to hire a Town Manager Search Consultant to assist in the search and selection of a new Town Manager to start around July 1, 2027. The consultant will work cooperatively with the Town's Select Board to refine the scope and schedule of the search process. The Town Manager reports to a 5-member Select Board and is assisted by an Assistant Town Manager and a team of department heads.
