Pabineau First Nation in New Brunswick is seeking bids for the supply and installation of propane emergency generators at its Water Treatment Plant and Community Well. - Government Buyer: - Pabineau First Nation (contact: Susan Ducasse, Deputy Chief / Capital Construction Coordinator) - Project consultant: Roy Consultants - OEMs and Vendors: - Kohler (specified for generators, or approved equivalents) - ASCO (specified for automatic transfer switches, or approved equivalents) - Lithonia Lighting (for lighting fixtures, or approved equals) - Fantech and Tamco (for mechanical ventilation equipment, or approved equals) - Fisher (for pressure regulator valve) - Products/Services Requested: - 1 x Kohler KG30 (or equivalent) 40kW, 120/240V, 1-phase propane generator for Water Treatment Plant - 1 x Kohler KG45 (or equivalent) 45kW, 347/600V, 3-phase propane generator for Community Well - 1 x ASCO 300 (or equivalent) 260A, 120/240V ATS for Water Treatment Plant - 1 x ASCO 300 (or equivalent) 230A, 347/600V ATS for Community Well - Propane fuel system components (1000 USWG tank, vaporizer, regulators, piping) - Concrete pads, fencing, and structural components - Electrical wiring, panelboards, breakers, and lighting fixtures - Mechanical ventilation equipment (exhaust fans, dampers, hoods, ducting) - Construction of a new building at the community well - Complete electrical and mechanical installation, commissioning, testing, and owner training - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Generators and ATS must be Kohler and ASCO models or approved equivalents - Compliance with Canadian building, fire, and electrical codes (including CSA and NFPA 110) - Coordination with propane supplier for tank and vaporizer installation - Site will be partially occupied during construction; coordination with owner required - 10% bid bond required; stipulated price contract - Completion deadline is specified in contract documents (latest July 31, 2027) - Warranty period commences upon substantial performance

Pabineau First Nation is soliciting sealed tenders for the installation of propane emergency generators at the Water Treatment Plant and the Community Well of their water system. The contract is a stipulated price contract and requires a bid bond of 10% of the tender price. Tenders must be submitted by October 2, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time at the Town Hall located at 1290 Pabineau Falls Road, Pabineau First Nation, NB. The Procurement Act (2022-78) Tendering Regulations apply, and electronic tender documents will be distributed to invited bidders.
