Description
The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for navigable waters of Lake Erie within a 300-yard radius of an overwater drone display at coordinates 41°41'15.9" N, 83°22'14.7" W near Oregon, Ohio. This safety zone is intended to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment from potential hazards associated with the drone display. Entry into the zone is prohibited unless authorized by the Captain of the Port, Sector Detroit, or their designated representative. The safety zone will be enforced from 9 p.m. until 9:45 p.m. on September 12, 2026.
