The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that Cuarzo and Beyyond Rocks Private Limited made sales of certain quartz surface products from India at less than normal value during the period of review from June 1, 2024, through May 31, 2025. Commerce also preliminarily determines that Pokarna Engineered Stone Limited did not make sales at less than normal value during this period. The review is being rescinded in part for 53 companies and there is intent to rescind for four additional companies. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
