Santé Québec Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean – Universitaire is seeking to acquire a hepatic elasticity measurement device for Chicoutimi Hospital. - Government Buyer: - Santé Québec Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean – Universitaire - End user: Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine services at Chicoutimi Hospital - Products/Services Requested: - One hepatic elasticity measurement device - Must provide standardized, painless, non-invasive exams for hepatic fibrosis, cirrhosis, steatosis, and other chronic liver diseases - Must measure spleen elasticity to avoid invasive gastroscopies - Must use vibration-controlled transient elastography (VCTE™) and quantify steatosis with controlled attenuation parameter (CAP™) - Must not use magnetic resonance - Must be Health Canada approved - Must conform to CAN/CSA C22.2 n 60601-1 or CAN/CSA C22.2 n°601 standards - Must be mounted on a mobile cart with a touchscreen of at least 19 inches and a washable keyboard - Must be new and include a 12-month warranty - Must have a service point in Quebec - Onsite user training in French, provided at no additional cost - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the notice - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Device must be Health Canada approved and meet Canadian electrical safety standards - Onsite training must be provided in French - Device must be mobile, user-friendly, and suitable for hospital use - Warranty and local service support are mandatory

Description

L’hôpital de Chicoutimi cherche à acquérir un appareil de mesure de l’élasticité hépatique pour les services de gastroentérologie et de médecine interne. L’appareil doit permettre des examens standardisés, indolores et non invasifs pour évaluer la fibrose hépatique, la cirrhose, la stéatose et d'autres maladies chroniques du foie. Il doit aussi mesurer l'élasticité de la rate pour éviter des gastroscopies invasives, fonctionner par élastographie impulsionnelle à vibration contrôlée, et inclure une garantie de 12 mois. L’appareil doit être conforme aux normes de Santé Canada et être monté sur un chariot mobile avec un écran tactile d’au moins 19 pouces.
